Important COVID Updates

In Preparation for "The Return"

How We'll Keep You Safe:

  • A new purification system has been installed. The Jackson Control  Clean Air Ionization System is designed to provide the correct amount of ionization to actively clean the air in a home or business environment and provide feedback through a closed contact closure if your ionization system is working.

  • Cleaning and sanitation services have increased. In addition to continued cleaning throughout the week. Our Janitorial staff is committed to providing cleaning and disinfectant services in between each worship service. A Sanitation wipe down will be done to disinfect used areas of the building in between the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services.

  • Hand sanitizer stations and sanitizer pumps will be available at all entrances and throughout the building.

  • Our water fountains will be unavailable for use as a safety precaution.

  • The Chapel will serve as an overflow room with social distance setup and streaming live capabilities.

Service Flow

We'll  offer a 1 hour and 10 minute worship experience for you and your entire family. Our children's church will be open and will soon offer online preregistration prior to Sunday Worship Service.

Our sanctuary will provide social distancing options for seating so that you can safely participate in worship. After Benediction, Ushers will be standing at the doors with offering baskets, so that you can give your offering on your way out.  Please do not congregate in the hallways after dismissal and exit the sanctuary immediately to give our janitorial service ample time to disinfect and sanitize the sanctuary.

Health Check

We ask that everyone do a health check before attending services. If you are attending services, MASKS ARE REQUIRED! If you are elderly and/or have an immune deficiency, we encourage you to worship with us online to ensure that you remain safe and in good health. You can tune in via Facebook, Youtube, through our Mobile App, or by visiting newbindy.org. Please remain home if you have new-onset/worsening cough or shortness of breath by themselves or 2 or the following symptoms:

  • Fever

  • Chills

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

In respect and responsibility to all, we are asking you to keep social distancing in mind. Social distancing is having a six feet distance between you and the next person.  As much as you have missed someone, please respect their space.  We ask that you extend grace as you keep in mind that others may not share the same opinion and readiness as you.

We are excited about being able to gather together in the sanctuary and see you in person.  God bless you!
